Common questions
How does the free month work?
There is no separate free trial — at launch, your subscription's first month is free, with the full product included. A card is required up front, but nothing is charged during that first month — and we'll email you before the first charge, so you can cancel in time if it's not for you.
Why do technicians never see prices?
Because prices are the business's private information, and the Technician app is a field tool. A technician needs the jobs, the unit's history and the service record — not what the customer pays or what anyone earns. Keeping money entirely in the Owner app protects the business and keeps the field app simple.
Does it work without a connection?
Yes. Rooftops, basements and mechanical rooms are exactly where this app has to work. Your technicians keep going without a signal — jobs, records and photos are kept on the phone and sync when they're back in coverage.
How do we get into the apps?
Everything is with login. You create one account for your company, and you and each of your technicians sign in with your own login — each person sees exactly what their role allows, and the Technician app never shows prices.
